To whom it may concern, My name is Caitlin and I am an 18 year old recent high school graduate. I have learned a lot in my 18 years here but the most important thing has probably been that I am whatever I choose to make myself and that, while the choices I make may define me, they do not limit me…
While the bio on the page will tell you a lot, what it wont tell you is that this is my sister. We came from an abusive home, my mother was/is not a loving woman. It has only escalated since our childhood. My relationship with my siblings is an odd one. To a degree I raised them. I did the best I could but not always as well as I would have liked. I remember sitting with my sister when she was very young and her grades failing and telling her that, if she were to make good grades, she could go far, far away from here. She could be her own person with endless possibilities. She wouldn’t have to deal with our mother anymore.
She worked hard, harder than anyone I have ever met. She has juggled three jobs through high school as well as endless internships and maintaining an almost perfect GPA. She wants to help people, to study law and give a voice to those who have been silenced by genocide. I have never been more proud of anyone.
But I can’t help her. My paychecks go to making ends meet. My family is poor, no one can sign for a loan.
I’m not even asking anyone to donate—if you did, that would be wonderful and we would be so grateful—but all I’m asking is for a simple reblog.
Tumblr got someone a fluffy chicken. Maybe it can send a young girl from terrible circumstances to college.
Thank you for your time.
Come on people! If tumblr can get some chick a fluffy bird you guys can help an awesome lady and her awesome sister out!
I have a strange request.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to donate kid-friendly line art to be colored by children ages 8, 6, and 4. They love to color, mainly in crayons, colored pencils, and markers.
If you want, I could submit the colored art to your blog. I would not be using this for profit, just for child amusement and promotion of your artwork.

I need some help…
I’ve been trying to figure out things to make to sell. I want to try to sell stuff at Zombie Fest this October. My friend got a table again. I need to get on my artwork, so I’ll be focusing on the horror genre for that.
I’ve been making bracelets like crazy, both friendship bracelets and rainbow loom. They look good, but very time consuming.
I also make flag pins (so far I’ve only done American and Puerto Rican flags). They’re really small though.
I’m thinking about making earrings or keychains.
Can you give me some ideas for patterns or styles, or artwork? I have plenty of string and lots of red, white, and blue seed beads. Don’t leave me hanging please. My inbox is open.
I’ll post pictures if you want to see what I’ve completed. Just ask.
